EXNET will operate as a division within SNL CFE.

Based in New York City, EXNET has provided conferences and training programs in the energy sector for more than 27 years. EXNET's programs include the Annual Utility M&A Symposium, held each January in New York, along with several other leading energy programs. EXNET's programs attract senior management from energy companies and representatives of investment banking, legal, private equity, accounting and consulting firms.
