DETAILS: In this four-week online course, lean how to strategically establish priorities and identify major organizational direction to produce fundamental decisions and actions that will shape and guide what your organization is, what it does, and why it does it.

WHEN: Online starting September 29, 2008 through November 9, 2008

DETAILS: This six-week online course is designed for the novice or seasoned CEO, Executive Director, Development Director, Board Member or Volunteer charged with raising funds for an animal control organization. The course guides participants through the process of developing and implementing a comprehensive fund-raising program that will help create a financially solvent and secure organization.
